Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing or using our Program.

Additionally, please review the terms of our Privacy Policy for how your information is stored and shared.

Terms of Use:

Our Program is owned and operated by Private Practice Workshop LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of our Program.

These Terms of Use state how you may use our Program and Program Materials, and their content. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time.

By using our Program, you are agreeing to the Terms of Use as they appear and are legally bound by them, whether or not you have read them. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use our Program.

These Terms of Use require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials, and limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute. You fully understand and agree that by enrolling in, purchasing and/or using any of our Program and Program Materials that you are waiving certain legal rights and you are voluntarily agreeing to do so.

Use and Consent:

By purchasing or using our Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as our Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply, and are you are required to act in accordance with them. Accessing, purchasing or using our Program or Program Materials, in any manner constitutes use of the Program and Program Materials, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Program and Program Materials are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the Program or Program Materials by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using our Program or our Program Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Program Description:

You are enrolling in the Fully Booked™ Program. (“Program”) which is a 5-week training program. As part of this Program, you will receive:

Video lessons and course content/modules that may be accessed through an online platform.
Bi-weekly webinar-style group Q&A calls that are 45 minutes in length by Zoom with John Clarke or another team member to answer questions submitted live during the call. To reserve your spot, you may have to register for the calls.
Facebook group for group interaction and community to ask questions and receive peer support.
Handouts and resources including but not limited to call scripts, a paid traffic library, copywriting software, Google Ads library.

You will have access to the Program and Program Materials for the lifetime of the Program, which means for as long as it is being made available by us to purchasers for viewing and participation. We reserve the right to end the lifetime of the Program at any time, but with prior notice to you.

Program Expectations and Responsibilities:

During the Program, you can expect that we will:

Come prepared.
Provide support for your questions related to the Program content in the Bi-monthly Q&A Calls.
Provide support for your technical and administrative questions through our Customer Service ([email protected].)
Serve as your group mentors and supporters.
Offer support, encouragement, feedback and guidance as needed.
Build and create a supportive group environment with minimal disturbances pertaining to the elements we can control.

I expect that you as a participant will:

Show up on time without distractions and participate in the Bi-Weekly Group Q&A Calls.
Participate with care, kindness, and respect to other Program participants and mentors.
Come fully prepared to give your best efforts to the Program.
Complete all action steps to maximize your results.
Promptly provide payment for the Program.
Be open to new ideas and willing to stretch and grow.
Ask any questions you may have as they arise.

You are responsible for following all federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. We are not responsible for your decisions, actions, failure to act, or results for yourself or your clients at any time.

Medical Disclaimer. Our Program and Program Materials are not to be perceived as or relied upon in any way as medical advice or mental health advice. Although John Clarke is a licensed psychologist, the information provided through our Program and Program Materials is not intended to be medical or mental health advice, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your own physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, therapist, counselor, mental health practitioner, licensed dietician or nutritionist, member of the clergy, or any other licensed or registered health care professional. There are many factors which influence results; therefore, you agree that your results are strictly your own and we are not guaranteeing, liable or responsible in any way for your specific results.

Viewing by Others. Note that whenever you make your Confidential Information or Other Information available for viewing by others such as through our Program or Program Materials, our Website or social media, the Confidential Information or Other Information that you share also can be seen, heard, collected and used by others, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use by others of such Confidential Information or Other Information that you voluntarily share online or in any other manner.

Group Q&A Calls and Facebook Group. Our Program comes with access to Group Q&A Calls and a private Facebook Group. Confidentiality is important to us. At the same time because this is a group setting, you are aware that when you participate in the Program through Group Q&A Call or interact with any group members by any means during the Program, including in the group forum, Facebook group, retreat, or other public settings, you are voluntarily sharing and disclosing information which may be seen, heard, collected and used by others, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any use of any or all of the information that you share with other group participants, whether during the calls, online, in private conversations, or in any other manner. You understand that the Group Q&A Calls and Facebook are public platforms, and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for what you voluntarily share during the Group Q&A Calls or in the Facebook Group.

How We Use Cookies. We may use the standard "cookies" feature of major web browsers. We do not set any Confidential Information in cookies, nor do we employ any data-capture mechanisms on our Website other than cookies. You may choose to disable cookies through your own web browser’s settings. However, disabling this function may diminish your experience on the Website and some features of our Program or Program Materials may not work as intended.
